Is this Robinhood's official documentation?
No, and Locksley is not affiliated with Robinhood in any way — not the company, not the chain. This is an independent educational site. Why should I trust a guide to liquidity locks written by a company that sells them?
You should read us with that in mind — Team Finance builds token-management tools and locks are one of them, so we are not a neutral party. Two things are meant to earn it back. The first three sections have no product in them at all. The building section is explicitly about tools, ours included, with every price stated. And everything we claim about a lock is verifiable on chain, by you, without us — that is the point of a lock.
What does 'liquidity locked' actually guarantee?
That the pool cannot be withdrawn before the unlock date. That is all it guarantees. It does not stop the price falling, it does not mean the team is trustworthy, and it does not cover the share of the pool that is not locked. The mechanics lessons cover this properly.
